Today's tip comes from a speech that Black Panther Stokely Carmichael gave at McGill University in October of 1968:
“Get all the guns you can find. You will not be revolutionaries until you are ready to take up arms and kill to defend your brothers.”
This was undoubtedly a call to arms in support of Québécois sovereignty and the FLQ, members of which Carmichael had met with in Washington two years prior. Almost forty years later this statement has lost none of its relevance. An armed populace is the ultimate defense against tyranny and fascism.
Take up arms my comrades! Stockpile munitions!
Also I made up a paper copy of this blog called "The Revolution Script Reader"

Stokely Carmichael or Kwame Ture was one of my early influences. And i always suggest his work to beginning comrades who want a biting criticism of America and it's racist/capitalist state. They ain't play!
