The Motorcycle Diaries
638 Ways to Kill Castro
Tunnel Warfare - part propaganda, part guerrilla training film, this movies is compelling for a great number of reasons.

Thanks for providing the film links Red Son. I found your blog via the comments you left at Soob's post entitled, "Romanticizing Germany's urban guerillas."
I also appreciate your training manual suggestions. If you don't mind, may I suggest some texts that I found of use during my training:
The U.S. Army/Marine Corps, Counterinsurgency Field Manual
The U.S. Army, Urban Operations Manual
Max G. Manwaring, Internal Wars: Rethinking Problem and Response
Steven Metz, Rethinking Insurgency
Thanks for the suggestions, I welcome the contributions of reader and hope you become a regular visitor here. As for field manuals, finding them for free online is sometimes tricky, because they can be in restricted circulation. But you can find a lot here and here. Additionally there are some torrents of collections of field manuals. I recently downloaded one called "Post War Books," the link for which I couldn't find right now. Also you can order or buy some restricted ones in book form. For example FM 31-21 Guerrilla Warfare and Special Forces Operations cannot be found online, at least for civilians but you can order it here.
